SEVEN begins Entertainment destination Construction in Tabuk

Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN) has begun construction on a new entertainment destination in Tabuk, which will cost $266m. The attraction, designed by Gensler, will feature an array of innovative experiences, including a village nestled between gardens and recreational spaces, a hydroponic tower, a 4,000-square-meter family entertainment center, an edutainment attraction for young visitors, an e-karting experience under the Hot Wheels brand, an indoor adventure golf course, a futuristic bowling experience, a cinema, and food and beverage outlets.

SEVEN’s new entertainment destination will be located on a land area of 40,000 square meters and have a built-up area of 72,500 square meters. Abdullah Al-Dawood, the chairman of SEVEN, stated that the company is excited to bring their new entertainment experiences to Tabuk and that they have taken into consideration the city’s culture and heritage in the development of the destination. He also said that the destination will cater to the needs of all in Tabuk, support the local economy, create job opportunities for the city’s people and enrich the lives of those living in and visiting Tabuk.
