Star Markets Trading Company Ltd was founded by the late Sheikh Abdullah Abbar over sixty five years ago when the prevailing environment at the time was not familiar with the concept of supermarkets or any such type of self-service retail stores.

Star Markets Trading Company Ltd is presently owned by Ghazi Abdullah Abbar Group of Companies that has long experience in food importing and distribution.

Currently, the Star Markets Trading Company Ltd operates six outlets in Jeddah and an equal number in Yanbu city and plans are under way for expansion and investment throughout the Kingdom in the near future.
